Ravish me, O wisest King
burn in me, and then I sing
glorious song all to the Christ
only that You come with might.
Quicken me, O Holy Ghost
make me weep in deepest soul
and I will render highest praise
only through baptizing grace.
Delight in me, my God and King
and come to make this human sing
praise to Father, Spirit, Son
and only then am I undone.
Praise triune God ye heav'nly host
now joined therein through Holy Ghost
yet I on earth, now in that place
only through enchanting grace.
